Delete Daftr Account

Users of the Daftr application, provided by Tefagoo, may request the deletion of their account and the data associated with it at any time.

Once the account is deleted, you will no longer be able to sign in to your account, and the data and documents associated with the account may be permanently deleted.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your Daftr account in one of the following ways:

  1. Open the Daftr application and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings / Company Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account if the option is available within the application.
  4. Confirm the account deletion request.

If you are unable to sign in to your account, you can contact the Tefagoo team and request account deletion, providing the email address used for your Daftr account.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you confirm your account deletion request, the following data may be deleted:

  • Your name and account information.
  • The email address associated with your account.
  • Company information.
  • Uploaded company logo.
  • Account settings.
  • Customer information that you have added.
  • Invoices.
  • Quotations.
  • Notes and documents associated with the account.
  • App data and preferences associated with the user.

Data That May Be Retained

We may retain certain information for a limited period if required for:

  • Legal or regulatory reasons.
  • Security purposes.
  • Fraud prevention or prevention of misuse of the service.
  • Dispute resolution or legal obligations.

Any data for which there is no legal or legitimate reason to retain will be deleted.

Account Deletion Processing Time

We aim to process account and data deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible.

The deletion of certain data or backup copies may take a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of the storage systems and applicable legal obligations.

Before Deleting Your Account

We recommend that users save or download any invoices, quotations, or documents they may need before submitting an account deletion request, as it may not be possible to recover the data after deletion.
